Celebrate Christmas at Bod Erw

Thank you for considering Bod Erw for your Christmas Event in 2023!

We have made strides this year to keep our prices the same as 2022, as we are all aware of the difficulties people are facing.

We have 3 menu options to celebrate your Christmas Event:

• Christmas Menu

• Christmas Carvery Menu

• Christmas Hot Buffet

  All members of your party must order from the same menu for your booking

  A non-refundable £10 per person deposit is required within 2 weeks to secure your booking. This must be made as one payment, either in person or over the phone

  For the Christmas menus you will find a Pre-Order form

  Please use this to record your attendee’s menu choices, and return to us either printed or via email, but it must contain every attendee’s name with their menu choice, so to make the service run smoother for all parties attending. Please keep a copy for yourselves also. Menu choices will be required completed no later than 2 weeks prior to your date of booking.

  Please ensure the attendees alert us to any dietary requirements or allergies so we ensure a safe and pleasurable dining experience

  All monies must be paid in full prior to or on the night of booking. We will not be accepting separate payments for the food. This must be made as one payment, either in person, over the phone or by BACs transfer on request via email to admin@boderw.co.uk
  A receipt of payment will be provided for all monies paid
